This electric toothbrush completely stopped working after only two months of normal use. It was never dropped, never misused, and never exposed to water beyond regular brushing. It simply died.

What makes this even more unacceptable is that the device still displays �?00% charged,�?yet neither button responds at all. This strongly suggests a serious internal defect or poor manufacturing quality.

I contacted Amazon customer service twice regarding this issue, and to this day I have received no response, no solution, and no follow-up. For a product that fails this quickly, the complete lack of customer support is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

An electric toothbrush is a basic daily hygiene product, not a disposable item that should break within weeks. Between the poor build quality and the total absence of support, this purchase has been a waste of money.

I do not recommend this product and seriously question both the product quality and the after-sales service. Look elsewhere if you want something reliable.

Excellent toothbrush! It looks high-end and cleans much better than my manual brush. The oscillating power is strong, and I love that it comes with everything you need.

First of all, I absolutely love the way it looks! After using it for 4 days, I already noticed my teeth getting whiter! The packaging is also very pretty and I’m considering getting one for my sister as a gift. It has a lot of modes and they all work very well imo. Good battery life and I like how they designed the two parts to connect in a way that prevents water getting into the gap.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now so it may still be too early to see full results but I can definitely see some staining has lifted.
I like the feature where it lights up once picked up and the blue light is somewhat calming when brushing. Easy to charge and looks sleek/modern in my bathroom.

I’m enjoying using this. I’m getting so much compliments of my smile now my teeth looks so white like I just came out of the dentist office.

First time buying the bixdo electric toothbrush. I previously purchased bixdo’s water flosser, and now they’ve launched a whitening electric toothbrush. I heard it has whitening effects, so I decided to try it. I used it for two days before leaving this review—highly satisfied.

Usage Experience:
It’s best to pair it with a whitening toothpaste. Personally, I feel consistent use is key. I’ll keep using it for a month and then evaluate the results.

Packaging and Appearance:
The outer packaging is quite exquisite, and the manual provides detailed usage instructions. The cold blue light technology, which I’ve only seen in dental clinics, adds a sense of sophistication.

I have tried using it for 1.5 months and still don’t see any whitening effect compared to my previous sonicare one. Sonicare even comes with different softness of replacement brush which is better for very sensitive gums. This brush is not worth trying!
