How does the blue light help with whitening?
The blue light is designed to support the whitening process while you brush.
When paired with Gloss Whitening Paste, the 460nm visible blue light helps enhance the action of whitening ingredients on daily stains, so brushing becomes more than surface cleaning.
Do I need to use the Glossonic Whitening Paste?
Yes — for best results, use Glossonic Brush Pro with Gloss Whitening Paste. The brush and paste are designed to work together as one whitening system.
How soon can I see results?
You may notice a brighter-looking smile in as little as 14 days when used as directed with Gloss Whitening Paste.
Results vary depending on your starting shade, brushing consistency, daily habits, and the types of stains your teeth are exposed to — including coffee, tea, wine, tobacco, and pigmented foods.
Glossonic Brush Pro is designed for gentle daily whitening, not instant bleaching. Since your teeth meet new stains every day, results build with consistent use — and can become more noticeable over time.
Is it safe for sensitive teeth?
Glossonic Brush Pro is designed for a gentler whitening experience, making it suitable for most adults — including many people with sensitive teeth or gums.
Instead of harsh peroxide bleaching, it works with a PAP-powered, peroxide-free whitening formula that is designed to brighten gently while being safe for enamel when used as directed. The blue light is visible light only, with no UV and no heat.
Please note: Gloss Whitening Paste contains fluoride. If you are allergic or sensitive to fluoride, we do not recommend using it. If you have active dental issues, severe or ongoing sensitivity, gum disease, or concerns about whitening, please consult your dentist before use.
Is the blue light UV?
No. Glossonic Brush Pro uses visible blue light, not UV light. It is designed to work without heat and without harsh light exposure.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. Glossonic Brush Pro is made for daily brushing.
Use it as part of your morning and evening routine, just like a regular electric toothbrush. The whitening experience is built into brushing — no strips, trays, or extra waiting time.
Will it whiten crowns, veneers, or fillings?
Whitening products are designed to brighten natural teeth.
Crowns, veneers, bonding, and fillings may not change color in the same way. If you have visible dental restorations, check with your dentist before whitening.
How often should I replace the brush head?
We recommend replacing the brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become worn.
The brush head features fading indicator bristles — when the color becomes noticeably lighter, it’s time for a replacement to help maintain effective cleaning and light delivery.
Is Glossonic Brush Pro waterproof?
Yes. Glossonic Brush Pro has an IPX7 waterproof rating for daily bathroom use and rinsing.

How soon will my order arrive?
We process and ship orders within 24 business hours.
For most addresses, orders are delivered through Amazon Delivery whenever available. If Amazon Delivery is not available for your location, we may ship with FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on the destination and delivery conditions.

Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 15-day hassle-free return policy — even if you’ve already used the toothbrush.
We want you to feel confident trying Glossonic Brush Pro as part of your daily routine. If it’s not the right fit for you, simply contact us within 15 days of delivery for return support.
All Glossonic Brush Pro devices also include a 1-year limited warranty provided by bixdo.

Warranty Terms
All Bixdo water flossers come with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a separate notification once your order has been shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return service. You may submit a return request within 30 days upon receiving your item.
Returns must meet the following conditions: goods must remain in their original received condition, unused and unopened with all tags and original packaging intact; you are also required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
Before returning items, kindly email support@bixdo.com.cn to obtain our prior approval. We will respond within 2 business days and may request additional information to verify your return or refund application. If your request is approved, we will send you the return shipping address.
Return shipping fees shall be borne by you and are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
