Who can join the bixdo® Smile Ambassador Program?

The program is open to customers in the United States who purchased an eligible bixdo® product.

What is the difference between sending content to bixdo® and posting publicly?

You may send your original content directly to bixdo® without posting it publicly. Or, you may post it on a public social media account, tag the official bixdo® account, and keep it live for at least 30 days to qualify for an upgraded reward.

How much can I earn for each type of content?

Photo Experience: $10 when sent to bixdo®, or $20 when posted publicly.
Short Video Experience: $20 when sent to bixdo®, or $40 when posted publicly.
Deep Experience Video: $59 when sent to bixdo®, or a refund of the eligible product purchase price when posted publicly.

What do I need to submit with my photos or videos?

Please submit your original content, order number, order source, and proof of purchase. For public posts, also provide your post link or screenshot.

Can I combine this reward with other discounts or promotions?

No. Rewards from the bixdo® Smile Ambassador Program cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.
