I am a smoker and drink coffee and tea and it was noticeable by the second brush that it helped with whitening. Of course it will take more time to do a drastic change but I noticed. I also noticed after first brush that my teeth felt cleaner, so not sure if it��s toothpaste that comes with or both together or just the brush but a fresher cleaner feeling after first time using.
