Be aware of the 30 days return is only for unused items. Meaning if you are not satisfied with the product,, you can’t return it. The toothpaste (brought from Japan) and the toothbrush (from USA) that I had are better than bixdo. But I couldn’t return it, because I tried for 2 weeks. My coffee stains were removed from my previous toothpaste didn’t removed by bixdo.
Such a small device with huge benefits. Works well easy to manage fits well in your hand. It’s a little tool with a great big result
